First, and apparently only, edition of a yearbook and program published in honor of the first ten years of New York’s Yiddish-English theatre company. Distributed as part of the Jubilee Celebration for ARTEF held on March 13, 1937 at the Hippodrome. An important documentation of the Yiddish theatre’s first decade, containing many photographs of and articles about key male and female participants. Also prints several review articles about the company; a list of company sponsors and patrons; and a bibliography of articles published about the theatre. Text in Yiddish and English.
